National Virtual Schools Program Equipment Delivery and Installation Guide

National Virtual Schools Program Equipment Delivery and Installation Guide

To ensure the successful integration of your school into the National Virtual School (NVS) program, you must first accept the delivery of the equipment then an installation team will be deployed to ensure you are fully set up. The following are the steps outlined below for each phase of delivery and installation.

Delivery Process
  1. Delivery Notification
Before the delivery of your NVS program equipment, your school will receive a phone call and then an email from schoolsuccess@oneononelms.com.com confirming the scheduled delivery date.
  2. Signing the Delivery Slip
Upon delivery, ONLY the Principal, Vice Principal, or Bursar is authorized to sign the NVS Delivery Slip to confirm receipt of the items.
  3. Placement of Delivered Equipment
Once the items (such as the screen, whiteboard enclosure, cabinet, camera, etc.) are delivered, please ensure they are placed in a secure location. Be reminded the school is RESPONSIBLE for transporting the equipment to the designated room where the installation will occur.
Pre - Installation Process
  1. Send Photos of the Designated Room
Clear photos of the designated room where the equipment will be set up is required before the installation date can be confirmed. These photos should be sent via WhatsApp to 876-997-6098 to assist our team in accessing the area and making the necessary preparations for a successful installation.
  2. Provide the Ministry of Education Email Address
The school’s representative (Principal, Vice Principal, or System Administrator) should provide their Ministry of Education email address so that we can send an official installation confirmation once the date and time are agreed upon.
  3. Remove Any Obstacles
Ensure the installation area is free of any obstacles that could hinder our progress. This includes removing existing whiteboards and charts from the wall. Clear pathways will help the team navigate the space easily.
  4. Clear a Flat Surface
Prepare a flat, open surface for the team to lay out the equipment, materials, and tools. This will help them work efficiently and stay organized during the installation. If your One Academy Classroom is a computer lab, please clear a few laptops/computers to create the work area.
  5. Remove Fragile or Breakable Items
Please remove any fragile or breakable items from the installation area to prevent accidents or damage. This includes items such as computers, fans, televisions, and other electronics.
  6. Ensure the Space is Clear and Ready
We kindly ask that the designated space be clean, organized, and ready for the team to start work upon arrival.
Important Reminders
  1. If the installation needs to be done in multiple trips please notify us if there are any changes to the area before we return.
  2. To get your One Academy Classroom set up as soon as possible, we may need to work outside of business hours. We kindly ask that you extend all courtesies to the team as they work to complete the installation promptly.
By following these steps, you will help ensure the timely and successful delivery and installation of your NVS program equipment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and support!
