How to Access the Live and Past Sessions on the One Academy Platform

This Help Desk article will guide you through the steps to access the platform and navigate the Live Timetable to join live classes or view recorded sessions.

  1. Once you’re logged in, look at the menu on the left side of your screen.
  2. Select "Live Timetable".

  1. You will then be able to view all and join all available live classes as well as access recorded sessions.

How to Navigate the Timetable

  • Green cells indicate classes that are currently live.

  • Grey cells represent past sessions, and you can click these to watch the recordings.

  • Use the filter options (Grades 8–11) to quickly locate classes that match your needs.
