How to Filter Sessions on the Live Timetable

The Live Timetable on the One Academy platform gives you easy access to all upcoming live classes and past recorded sessions. To help you quickly find the lessons that are most relevant to you, the platform includes filtering features that allow you to sort sessions by level, grade, subject, and specific objectives.

This guide will show you how to use these filters effectively so you can view only the classes that match your learning needs.


Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Start by signing in to your One Academy account at schools.oneacademy.com using your assigned email or username.
Once logged in, look at the menu on the left side of the page and select “Live Timetable.”


Step 2: Open the Filter Options

At the top of the timetable, you will see several filtering options. These filters help you narrow down the sessions displayed so you can find the classes most relevant to you.

You can filter sessions by:

  • Level – e.g., CSEC, NSC, CAPE

  • Grade – Grades 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11

  • Subject – e.g., Mathematics, Physics, English, etc.

  • Specific Objectives – e.g., fractions, algebra, mechanics, reading comprehension

Select the filters that best match your area of interest. The timetable will automatically update to show only the sessions that fit your selected criteria.


Step 3: Identify Live vs. Past Sessions

While viewing your filtered timetable:​

  • Live sessions appear in green and will show a “Launch” button if the class is currently active.

  • Past sessions appear in grey and can be clicked to watch the recording.

Even with multiple filters applied, you can still access both live and recorded classes for your selected criteria.

Step 4: Click to Join or Watch

Once you see a session you want to attend:

  • Click the live class to join immediately.

  • Click a past class to open and view the recording.

The platform will take you directly to the class page where all the relevant details are available.

Using filters saves time and ensures you are viewing lessons that are most relevant to your learning goals. You can combine filters—by grade, subject, level, and specific objectives—to pinpoint exactly the content you need, making your learning more focused and efficient.
