How to Assign Skills Gap Tests to Students

Assigning Skills Gap Tests (SGTs) to your students is quick and easy on the One Academy platform. Follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to your One Academy account: schools.oneacademy.com

From the left menu, click “Assessments”, then select “Test and Exam Prep.”

You will see all the available tests in the content library.

Browse the library and decide which test you want to assign.

Click “Assign” next to the chosen test.

Select the class you want to assign the test to.

Set the Due Date and Due Time for when you want the test to be completed.

Choose whether to assign the test to all students or select individual students.

Click “Assign Students” to finalize the assignment.

Your students will now see the test in their accounts and can complete it by the due date.

Tips:

• Make sure your students are added to the correct class before assigning a test.

• Remind students to check their accounts for new assessments.

• You can reassign or adjust due dates if necessary.
