How to log into a user profile as a SSA account
To troubleshoot any issues internally for a user (teacher/student), you will need to log into their account sometimes in order to assist them. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Once you are on your school's dashboard, click the "Users" option on the left hand side of the screen
- There you will need to search for the teacher's or student's profile you wish to reset their password. In order to search for this person you will need to type their firstname. lastname (john. jones). Once you start typing their name it will populate. You will also be able to information relating to this teacher or student so you can ensure you are on the correct profile
- Once you are here you can enter the account by clicking the arrow and then the "open bracket icon"
- This will bring you into the user's account for you to see their dashboard and information.
The dashboard will have different features and options depending on the type of profile you log into but as a SSA you'll be able to assist them with their issues.
